All successful candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads site safety, QC and administration
  • Provides leadership and guidance to the site Foreman
  • Works closely with the Project Manager to ensure scope, safety, quality and productivity is on course
  • Conducts personnel evaluation and mentors employees
  • Organizes work scope and production efficiencies
  • Organizes and completes daily time tickets and any other costs
  • Manages the ordering of safety supplies, equipment and material
  • Monitors and documents daily production numbers
  • Documents all quality assurance and quality control files
  • Manages all time tickets, progress reporting, estimation, personnel and safety files
  • Safety is everyone’s responsibility and you are responsible to look out for yourself and those around you

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction management
  • Previous experience as a qualified tradesman an asset*
  • Proven ability to work with large manpower requirements* *
  • PMP designation is an asset*
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to maintain the following safety tickets: CTS, H2S Alive, Fall Protection

  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
